What data we handle and what for

If you write to us by email, we handle your name, your email address and the information you include in the message in order to reply and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal.

If you fill in the questionnaire, we handle your name, your email, your phone number if you give it to us, your business details and the files you attach, such as the logo and the photos, in order to prepare your proposal and, if you approve it, your website. If a photo shows recognisable people, you confirm that you have their consent to publish it.

Legal basis

Our legitimate interest in dealing with your enquiry and, when you ask for a proposal, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1, points f and b, of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, afterwards, for the legal periods during which liability may be claimed.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data to third parties except where legally obliged. Email, web hosting and file storage providers handle it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement.

Technical logs

As on any website, the hosting provider logs technical data for each visit, such as the IP address, the date and the browser, in order to protect the service against abuse. We do not use it to identify you or to build profiles.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to hola@l0er.com.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies

This website installs no cookies and no tracking technologies, so it does not need to ask for your consent.

The step-by-step questionnaire keeps your answers and your files in your browser while you fill it in, so that you can continue later. They do not leave your device until you send it, and they are deleted when you send it or when you press "Start again".
